Reacheal Gen 1 comes with a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond what is expressly stated in this document.

You retain full ownership of all content you create and store using Reacheal. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the sync service.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Reacheal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
